Hello {Sandro}

 Every once in a while I get a little insiders peak courtesy of Harper’s BAZAAR into my mailbox and to be completely honest when it comes to “new” names (well in that case, new to me) I always approach matters with a fair amount of skepticism, but somewhere along the lines of my Pinterest journey into ‘Sandro‘ I fell in love with the updated Parisian touch. Looking into details from a designer’s point of view revealed a devoted attention to CHIC in every single piece, all the way from delicate silk piping on a simple top to clever fabrications in classic “best-sellers”… These days, a fashion brand ,on top of being simply marvelous, has to be smart and arm our modern age lady with attire for her daily conquests and if you ask me, Sandro surely fits the bill.Now if you’re finished drooling over the flawless hologram otherwise referred to as their lookbook, it only get’s better since on the company’s web-site, despite the dominant Black&White factor, color is wisely used.  You be the judge.But hold on, I saved the best for the end; For the next 10 DAYS you can win three of your favorite Sandro Pieces!!! {Understated Appeal}

Wow. This whole Pinterest fiasco has really got me clicking… How fun! Literally endless resources of inspiration neatly stacked and titles waiting for you to repin, or perhaps stack some of your own! indeed I am taken by storm, and the best part (besides it all being so accessible and free) it’s not eating up the space on your hard-drive, and I’m sure many serial-image-collectors (like me…) are enormously relieved… But anyhow, I found this lovely Decor snap in my friend’s Maggie board and fell for it’s elegant ease, obviously I had to muse a look to go with it!

{Interior Bliss}

All this fascination with homes might have to do with the fact that I have been deprived of my own private sanctuary completely unannounced for what seemed to be an eternity (a couple of weeks too long!) and being a gypsy in a worst way possible (well maybe not the worst but still, traveling between friends and having zero space of my own…) proved to be somewhat of an unwinding experience… As in going crazy. But, nonetheless in the spirit of seeking positive outcomes to this disaster I have stayed in some “hot” locations, bringing new color to my New York City pallet. I might even go all ga-ga and make a series of proper attire shoots in the above neighborhoods, we’ll see.

In the meantime, enjoy the side-effect of my new addiction, Pinterest. My roommate introduced it to me a few months back but quite honestly who had the time?! Got to love summer!
